SIMON READ JOINS STEVENS VIRGIN
Simon Read
joined Stevens Virgin on August 23, 2016. Called to the B.C. Bar in 1991, Simon has been practicing law for over 20 years before all levels of court in the province. Simon’s main area of practice is insurance defence including major loss, head injury, liability disputes, business economic loss claims, and jury cases. Simon also represents clients in others areas of litigation including personal injury claims, construction disputes, creditors’ remedies, and issues regarding employment and wrongful dismissal.
