Mark has experience in design of dispute resolution processes and has undertaken training in mediation through Continuing Legal Education and in arbitration through the BC International Commercial Arbitration Centre.  He has been counsel in hundreds of matters at mediation and has been serving as a mediator for over three years.

Mark’s training and background make him ideally suited to serve as mediator in civil disputes involving insurance claims, personal injury matters and commercial disputes.
