Tanya joined Virgin Law Group in 2021. She is a senior paralegal practicing primarily in personal injury and insurance defence litigation. Tanya provides a supportive role in all aspects of file management from inception through to mediation, trial, or settlement. She maintains high attention to detail and efficiency as well as her professional and positive attitude toward clients, colleagues, and opposing firms. She enjoys the challenge of working on diverse and complex files. 

Tanya’s professional background includes various practice areas such as plaintiff personal injury, professional liability, product liability, contractor negligence, business loss, subrogation claims and class action matters. 

Tanya is a long-standing member and former Membership Chair of the BC Paralegal Association. She has volunteered with the Law Courts Center Amici Curiae program assisting self represented litigants through the court process. 

Outside the office she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, hiking, running, writing and travel.
