Rossana joined Virgin Law Group as a paralegal in 2020. Her current practice area is in motor vehicle insurance defence litigation, with ICBC being the main client. She provides support in all aspects of file organization and management from file opening to trial, mediation, or settlement, especially by preparing lists of documents, gathering and analyzing medical and wage loss evidence, and assisting with document production in preparation for discovery, mediation and trial. Rossana is recognized for her attention to detail and efficiency, as well as her professional and positive attitude towards clients, the staff, and opposing counsel.

Prior to joining the firm, Rossana worked in the areas of plaintiff personal injury, civil litigation, and family law as a junior paralegal, legal administrative assistant, and scheduling coordinator over the past 8 years.

Outside of work, Rossana enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, travelling, yoga, and Zumba.
