PERRY MAZZONE PRESENTS PAPER TO THE TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
On April 7th, 2017, Perry Mazzone presented a paper to the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. Perry spoke on the subject of objections and strategies in respect to expert reports used at the trial of civil proceedings. Perry has been counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous trials spanning his 33-year career; he is well-positioned to comment on the challenging issue of objecting to the admissibility of the opinions of experts when tendered at trial. His presentation was well received at this meeting of the province’s most active trial lawyers.
