Michael practices at Virgin Law Group as a research lawyer and litigation solicitor. In this role, he supports the firm’s lawyers in delivering on their promise to provide the most advanced and carefully constructed legal arguments possible. 

Michael brings to Virgin Law Group diverse experience, having previously practiced in-house in the higher education sector, where he handled real estate leasing, intellectual property licensing and development and an abundance of corporate commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to the operations of an institute of higher education. 

Michael complements his legal research and analysis skills with practical litigation and claims handling experience, having articled and practiced at an insurance defense boutique, and having made appearances in BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court and at the adjudicative process under BC’s Residential Tenancy Act.
