Megan practises insurance defence at Virgin Law Group, joining the firm in 2020.  She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1991, and spent time in a general practice before moving to ICBC in house.  Over the past 12 years she worked at a medium sized downtown law firm, also handling insurance defence work.

Megan has extensive experience and knowledge of the litigation process and understands the necessity of knowing every aspect of a file in order to properly advise clients.  She takes pride in skillfully “reading the table” when negotiating fair settlements, and values the strong working relationships she has with both her clients and opposing counsel.

Outside of the office, Megan loves to spend time with friends and family including her two adult children.  She enjoys travel, long walks, spinning classes and contorting herself into various positions at  barre classes.
