Mark has broad litigation experience including privacy law, insurance defence, personal injury, municipal law, employment law, commercial litigation, and criminal defence. This varied background has taught him to think creatively and adapt quickly to any issues that arise during litigation. He prides himself in providing a practical, results oriented approach to litigation to achieve favourable resolution for his clients. During his diverse practice, he has dealt with every stage of the litigation process, from drafting pleadings, document preparation and discovery, to costs hearings following the resolution of an action. In doing so, he has successfully represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

In January 2017, Mark became extensively involved with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), a student run legal clinic that provides free legal advice and representation throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. As a law student he was a member of the executive and received the Brian Higgins Award, which is awarded to a single third year student for outstanding service to LSLAP throughout the entirety of their studies. As a lawyer, he is a member of the board of directors and is a supervising lawyer for the manual chapter on Automobile Insurance.
