Hardip joined Virgin Law Group in 2006. He is a Designated Paralegal and Manager. He works with the principal, Mark V.C. Virgin, on claims involving highly complex legal issues. He has considerable experience in personal injury, insurance defence, including, property damage and underinsured claims, and general litigation. He has practiced in construction law, employment and labour law. As a paralegal he has served three major provincial crown corporation insurers, a private insurer and a union. He strives to achieve phenomenal results for clients.


As part of the management team, Hardip develops and implements policies and systems for onboarding, training and workflow processes. He advises on aspects of firm management.


Previously, Hardip served the crown at the federal Department of Justice working on matters of public interest, including, the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, and Bill C-38 regarding same-sex marriages. He reported directly to the Minister of Justice and to the deputy minister as a member on two committees. Before entering the legal field, Hardip was an investigative journalist and managing editor for a community newspaper. He continues to be an active member of the community.


Hardip is multilingual. He speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi.
